Who We Are

My family and I live on a cattle ranch in central Oklahoma, about an hour south of Oklahoma City. My first Toy Fox Terrier was a tri-colored male named Mr. B. My husband researched a couple of years before deciding that the Toy Fox Terrier would be the perfect breed for him. He was to be his dog, because I already had a miniature schnauzer that I had had for years, but I quickly fell in love with this dog and we were inseparable. I have been a devoted fan of this incredible breed ever since. I was devastated when he passed, and I decided rather than just owning one of these incredible little dogs, I would get more serious about preserving this great American Heritage breed. After a long search, we found a lovely tri-colored male from FritzFox Toy Fox Terriers, then located in Kentucky. That shortly followed with a couple of females also from FritzFox, Kentucky. Our goal here at FritzFox Toy Fox Terriers, Oklahoma is to continue the heritage lines that Anne Kieffer of FritzFox in Kentucky, has worked so hard to preserve. We breed to the original UKC standard and strive to keep the size between 3 ½ - 7 pounds while maintaining a strong sturdy structure. I have shown my dogs successfully in both AKC and UKC. We take pride in socializing our puppies with children, adults, dogs, etc., so that they will adjust well to their new homes. I truly adore this breed and we are proudly devoted to this amazing breed alone! We are uncompromising on quality, and breed to the original breed standard in order to preserve this incredible breed for future generations of Americans. We test our breeding dogs for PLL, CHG, SCA, and DM, and screen all puppies for patellar luxation.
